Tenders are invited for Purchase/Disposal of Used Cooking Oil at Various Junior, Senior and Unified Secondary Schools in Botswana

The physical address for submission ofTender Documents is: Ministry of Basic Education, Government Enclave Block 6 Building, Gaborone, and
First Floor, Office No. 47.

The physical address for collection ofTender Documents is: Ministry of Basic Education, Government Enclave Block 6 Building, Gaborone, Sixth
Floor, Office No. 15, Telephone Nos. 3656126/25.
Documents may be collected during working hours between 0800 and 1600 hours with effect from 14th April, 2020.
Anon-refundable fee ofP250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty` Pula only) or PI 25.00 (One Hundred and Twenty- Five Pula only) for youth companies as
per presidential Directive CAB 14 (B) 2 015 payable in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of Government ofBotswana is required
on collection of Hie Tender Documents at the Ministry of Basic Education, Government Enclave Block 6 Building, Gaborone, Sixth Floor, Office No.
21, Accounts Office. Youth companies should present certified copies of form of Registrar of companies listing Directors and Shareholders, Share
Certificates and ID of Directors and Shareholders.
The Bid Submission Method is: Two-Envelope Submission in which the sealed original and all the sealed copies of the technical offer are placed in
one separate sealed envelope, whilst the sealed original and all the sealed copies of the financial offer are enclosed in another separate sealed envelope.
The two sealed envelopes are then placed in one outer securely sealed envelope.
The financial infonnation shall not be reflected in the technical proposal and failure to do so will result in disqualification.
The name and address of the bidder should be clearly marked on the envelope. Failure to label the envelope with the correct tender number will lead
to disqualification.
