Purchase of used vehicles for the Stuttgart S-Bahn with a remaining useful life of at least 10 years Acquisition of at least 89 used vehicles with a remaining useful life of at least 10 years including maintenance for an expected 10 years Years of use on the Stuttgart S-Bahn lines. The Stuttgart Region Association ("VRS"), as the regional rail transport authority, is planning to re-award transport services on the Stuttgart S-Bahn lines and selected branch lines. The VRS will Railway companies (“RUs”) provide part of the vehicle fleet. For this purpose, he is expected to purchase 56 to 66 ET 430 vehicles from the current operator of the Stuttgart S-Bahn.
