Tender Details

Delivery of used combustion vehicles 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of used combustion vehicles. As part of the implementation of the subject of the Order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver deliveries and perform works within the stages indicated in the Agreement, i.e.: - Stage 1: transfer to the Ordering Party on the terms indicated in the template Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), including in its annexes, the properties of diesel multiple units (sales) along with the documentation specified in Table 2A of the subject description orders (hereinafter: OPZ). - Stage: 2: performance of all works specified in the OPZ, necessary for the admission of diesel multiple units to use by the Ordering Party. This stage concerns both the basis and the option law after the implementation of Stage 1. - Stage: 2 in the scope of installation of the ETCS system (option right), which consists of three separate sub-stages, i.e.: a) preparation of the installation, b) installation of system devices, c) preparation of full documentation for approval. This stage concerns both the foundation and the law options after the implementation of Stage 1. 2.
