The subject of the order is the purchase of tools and systems using AI algorithms, used to optimize hospital processes and organize the work of medical and non-medical staff, including implementation and integration with the PUI, P1 (EDM) system at SPWSZ in Szczecin. 2. The contractor is obliged to implement order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Ordering Party provides for the possibility of co-financing the implementation of the subject of the order by the European Union from funds from the National Reconstruction Plan as part of the project entitled: D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development digital services in health care in accordance with the application no. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0205/25 under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate this procurement procedure on the basis of art. 257 PZP, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not awarded to it.
