1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents for isolation, detection and labeling of particles under a framework agreement divided into 6 parts for the Łukasiewicz - PORT Research Network of the Polish Center for Technology Development. 2. The Ordering Party will provide, based on framework agreements concluded as a result of the resolution of the Procedure, orders for the supply of reagents for isolation, detection and labeling of particles necessary to carry out research tasks within the framework of own funds and projects implemented by Ordering Party. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Valuation Form and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - contract template.
