The material of the canvas is satin or an equivalent material of equal quality. The fabric must have sufficient density, maintain color saturation and not be subject to deformation during use. The canvas must be made from solid material. The flag should be decorated with decorative golden fringe. The fringe must be sewn well and evenly, without visible defects.
