Requirements for metal pipes: Materials (steel 20, 30KhGSA, aluminum alloys) must: - have high fatigue strength; - be resistant to internal corrosion; - withstand extremes temperatures; - easy to weld and machine. Main parameters of pipes: Parameter Value Diameter (internal) 8-57mm Wall thickness 1-3mm Operating temperature Up to 135°C Pressure (max.) 0.8 MPa. Requirements for flexible pipelines (sleeves): Rubber-fabric materials must: - be oil- and fuel-resistant; - maintain elasticity at low temperatures (up to −40 °C); - withstand elevated temperatures without destruction; - have reinforcement (fabric or metal) for strength; - be resistant to cracking and aging.
