Spare parts must be new, original - category 1 in original packaging, have a quality certificate from the manufacturer with a warranty 1 year from the date of installation with the seal and signature of officials, technical characteristics must correspond to the nomenclature codes, the nomenclature number must be engraved on the spare part, a sticker is not allowed on spare parts. Restoration categorically prohibited . If necessary or if there is no doubt about the quality of the goods, the customer will have the supplier disassemble the goods to check the restoration.
