COAL INCORRECTLY WITH GRANDE AND FRACTION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, THE PRESENCE OF ROCKS IS NOT ALLOWED. IN CASE OF COAL INCONFORMITY, THE SUPPLIER WILL RESPONSE AT ITS OWN ExPENSE RETURN OF GOODS. Coal delivery must be made from the coal mine to the Customer's address, as well as the coal being heaped at the Supplier's expense. With supporting documents for coal. Coal will be supplied strictly upon request during 2026, by vehicle Supplier.
