Lots: Form - 3D forms. Purpose: the mold is intended for the production of decorative gypsum 3D panels by pouring gypsum/cement-sand mortars. Mold material: option A: ABS plastic ~1.5 mm thick (example). option B: flexible polyurethane (or PU membrane) with characteristics: Shore hardness about 50A (example). Panel shape dimensions: for example: 500 × 500 mm, finished panel thickness 20 mm. Dimensions of the form itself: correspond to the panel with a margin, for example: 540 × 540 × 25 mm (example) for a panel 500 × 500 × 25 mm. Relief depth/height: for example 8-30 mm depending on the model. Conditions for using the mold: pouring gypsum or cement-sand mortar is allowed. the form must be designed for repeated use (the resource is indicated: the number of fills) - for example ABS molds can withstand ~300 pours. The quality of the geometry of the finished panel: the geometry must be stable, without deformation, the finished panel must have smooth edges, a repeatable pattern. Environmental resistance: The mold material must be resistant to alkalis and raw mixture, prevent gypsum from sticking, ease of removing the panel from the mold.
