Delivery must be carried out by specialized transport, ensuring protection of planting material from mechanical damage, drying out and overheating. The stems are juicy and dense. The leaves are fleshy, green in color, without signs of wilting or yellowing. The batch must contain at least 5 different colors. Mostly terry forms. The presence of formed, healthy buds (at least 1-2 per plant). Planting material must be completely healthy. Signs of damage by fungal, bacterial diseases (rot, spotting) and pests (thrips, mites, aphids) are not allowed. The supplier provides phytosanitary documents upon delivery. Acceptance is carried out by the Customer by visual inspection. Plants with broken stems or dry root systems are discarded. The supplier is obliged to replace the defective product within 24 hours.
