Manufacturing features of the Glong FCP-2200S pump - it is a silent single-stage centrifugal pump with a horizontal shaft and a single-entry impeller (impeller). The pump is equipped with a coarse filter with a transparent cover on a threaded coupling, quick-release. The asynchronous pump motor has an automatic overheat shutdown system (for single-phase versions). The prefilter and diffuser housing are made of heat-resistant polypropylene with glass fiber, the impeller is made of Noryl, the cermet oil seal and the motor shaft are made of AISI stainless steel 420, Luranyl O-rings. Motor housing made of L-2521 aluminum, windings impregnated with epoxy resin. The model is characterized by low power consumption and low noise operation.
