Tender Details

Lots: Plumbing services - Length of thick-walled copper tube 110 cm, outer diameter 8 mm. A brass handle 11 cm long, 2 cm wide, and 3 mm thick is soldered to the tube. On one side there is a brass bushing 3 cm 2 mm long, outer diameter 1 cm 6 mm. There are two protrusions: the main one (circumference 2 cm 4 mm, thickness 5 mm) and additional (circumference 1 cm 2 mm, height 2 mm). The inner diameter of the hole is 5.5 mm. On top is a brass turnkey nut (6 sides), 2 cm long, with an internal thread 1.5 cm deep. Tube is inserted into the sleeve 1.5 cm and sealed. On the other side there is a sleeve 2 cm 8 mm long, outer diameter 1 cm 6 mm. There are turnkey openings and an o-ring (aluminum, thickness 1 mm, diameter 1 cm 9 mm). Inner Holes: Bushing - 1 cm 2 mm, nut - 1 cm 6 mm. The thread depth of the nut is 1 cm 7 mm. There is also an additional round protrusion. The connection must be airtight, the tube is sealed to prevent the passage of oxygen. PTFE gaskets are installed on both sides (total 160 pieces), size: outer diameter 2 cm 4 mm, inner diameter 1 cm 1 mm, thickness 4 mm. Additional sleeve: outer diameter 2cm 4mm, thickness 5mm, inner diameter 1cm 2mm. The material is new, without defects. The tubes are neatly wound into a spiral (shape f-65). All elements must be free of burrs and marks, tested under pressure. Total - 8 pieces. The work includes visiting and re-measuring for the manufacture of brass and copper products.
