Tender Details

Lots: Claw hammer, round hammer shape, steel hammer material, plastic handle material. GOST R 58518-2019. Requirements for potential suppliers, along with the delivery of goods, must be a quality certificate issued by the plant or manufacturer. The product must be new, at least 2025, unused in original packaging, without defects. 12 month warranty. If the delivery of goods is made through a courier or other method of postal delivery of goods, and does not meet the requirements of the technical specifications, then the Customer is not responsible for the safety of such goods. In case of detection of defects, including hidden ones, as well as non-conformity of the goods, the Supplier is obliged to eliminate (replace) them at its own expense. The supplier undertakes to unload the goods at the destination using its own forces and means to the door. Coordination with the customer and provision of a certificate is mandatory. Delivery time: if the supplier is an OTP - no more than 60 calendar days, if the supplier is not an OTP - no more than 16 calendar days.
