Lots: Test strip - Test strips. ST RK 3482-2019. For urine analysis, diagnostic, for visual qualitative and/or semi-quantitative determination of parameters in urine. Determined parameters: protein, glucose, pH. The number of parameters to be determined is 3. Packaging: sealed plastic bottle/tube with a tight-fitting lid that protects the test strips from moisture. Number of test strips per package: at least 50 pcs. and no more than 100 pcs. The package should contain a color scale for visual assessment of the result and instructions for use. Test strips must be new, unused and in original packaging. The packaging must contain information about the name of the product, manufacturer, number of test strips, parameters being determined, batch/batch number, production date and/or expiration date, storage conditions. The shelf life of the goods from the date of delivery to the Customer is at least 18 months
