Tender Details

Lots: Mouse manipulator - Optical laser wireless, for right and left hands, wheel, range of 8 meters. The product must be new, not previously used, and not refurbished from used spare parts. Items not allowed having damage, as well as traces of opening and external influence. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer, in the presence of the Supplier, checks each unit of goods for compliance with the terms of the technical specification. In case the product does not comply the above requirements, such goods are not subject to acceptance by the customer, and the supplier makes a replacement at no cost to the customer. The price of the goods must include all costs: (delivery at the place of delivery, taxes, fees, transport expenses and other expenses) associated with the delivery of goods. Terms and conditions of the guarantee for the goods: the guarantee for the Goods is at least 12 months from the date of signing by the parties of the electronic acceptance certificate of the goods. In cases where it is discovered during the warranty period, that the delivered goods do not correspond to the specified characteristics, or there are damages that could not be determined immediately upon acceptance of the goods: the Supplier is obliged to replace the non-conforming goods in full, without any costs on the part of the Customer.
