Lots: PF-115 enamel is a fine suspension of pigments and fillers in alkyd varnish with the addition of drier, solvents and rheological additives. Scope of application PF-115 enamel is used for painting metal and wooden products and objects operated in atmospheric conditions and indoors. The enamel coating is weather-resistant, resistant to water, cleaning solutions, and industrial oils. The enamel film is resistant to temperature changes from -50°C to +60°C. Conditions for application: The enamel must be stirred before painting; if there is a film on the surface, it must be removed. Work must be carried out at positive temperatures. The enamel is applied to the primed surface in 2 layers. Drying between coats is carried out within days. If necessary, dilution with a solvent of no more than 10% is possible. White spirit is usually used. Complete drying of the surface is achieved within 24 hours. Characteristics of enamel PF-115. Conditional viscosity according to a VZ-246 viscometer with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm at temperature 20 ºС 60-120 s, Mass fraction of non-volatile substances 49-70%, Drying time to degree 3 at a temperature of 20ºС no more than 24 hours, Film gloss no less than 50%, Film strength on impact no less than 40 cm, Film elasticity when bending no more than 1 mm, Film hardness 0.15 - 0.25 arb. units, Film adhesion no more than 1 point, in containers of 5 kg. Color black.
