The subject of the order is the purchase for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") of an Oracle JAVA SE UNIVERSAL SUBSCRIPTION subscription or equivalent for a period of 36 months.

1.Przedmiotem zamowienia jest zakup na rzecz Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa w Warszawie (zwanej dalej „Zamawiającym") subskrypcji Oracle JAVA SE UNIVERSAL SUBSCRIPTION lub rownoważne na okres 36 miesięcy.

2. The Contractor, pursuant to the Agreement (Appendix No. 8.1 to the SWZ):

2.1.Will provide The Ordering Party is given the right to access the Oracle Java SE Universal Subscription for 11, 500 employees along with the Documentation for a period of 36 months. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Software Specification constituting Annex No. 1 to the proposed provisions contracts (hereinafter: ppu).

2.2. It will provide the Certificate and Documentation to the Ordering Party no later than 5 Business Days from the date of signing the Agreement.

2.3. The Contractor will provide a document confirming the right to access the Software Support Service and Documentation at his own expense and risk.

3. The contractor is obliged jest przed podpisaniem umowy dostarczyć w języku polskim „Warunki Subskrypcji", ktore będą stanowiły Załącznik nr 3 do Umowy.
