The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and expansion of IT systems - Digitization of medical documentation important from the point of view of treatment and prevention - Development of a system for digitizing medical documentation along with integration into P1 system at the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e.: WSS No. 4 in Bytom, Al. Legionów 10, 41-902 Bytom. 2. The subject is implemented as part of the Project KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0419/25 entitled Accelerating digital health transformation processes through the development of services digital at the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 4 in Bytom” as part of the investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care. 3.
