Routers providing Internet access support. Routers providing network support in the locations of the City Hall in Białystok. 1. Object of the order: Purchase of network routers. 2. The order consists of 2 parts: Submission of offers is allowed partial: 1)Part I - Routers providing Internet access support. Order details - in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Draft contract). 2)Part II - Routers providing network support in locations of the City Hall in Białystok. Order details - in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ (OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Draft contract). 3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order, in particular the equipment, software, services or processes in the field of communication technologies offered and delivered under the contract were not covered by: 1) recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026 r. item 20, as amended), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest states; 2) decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act on the national cybersecurity system. 4.Solutions equivalent: 1) If the description of the subject of the order includes trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, ...
