The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a mulching head intended for use with the JCB 4CX PRO backhoe loader, owned by the Ordering Party. The ordering party requires that the mulching head being the subject of the order be complete, brand new, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding use to test its correct operation, manufactured in 2025/2026, was free from physical and legal defects and that no third parties have any rights to it, and that it is not the subject of any proceedings and security.
