Specifications: Brand - MP-3; Diameter - 2.5 mm; Type - E46; Coating type - Rutile (R); Purpose - welding of thin-walled structures made of carbon steels with a temporary resistance of up to 450-500 MPa; Electrode length - 300-350 mm; Type of current / Polarity - alternating (AC) or direct (DC) of any polarity; Welding positions - all (lower, vertical, horizontal, ceiling), except top-down; Operating current - 60-90 A (lower position), 50-80 A (vertical and ceiling); Deposition rate - not less than 8.5 g/Ah; Electrode consumption - no more than 1.7 kg per 1 kg of deposited metal; Temporary tensile strength - no less than 460 MPa (46 kgf/mm²); Impact strength - no less than 80 J/cm²; Relative elongation - no less than 18%. Additional delivery requirements: The coating must be dense, durable, without cracks, blisters or pores. Packaging: Electrodes must be packaged in sealed shrink film weighing 1 kg, 2.5 kg or 5 kg.
