Request for proposals are invited for Purchase of Motorcycles for the SUERCE Program

2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this RFQ is to secure competitive supplier to supply either AG 100 Yamaha or DT 125, Motorcycles
FHI360 DRC Butembo Office therefore invites eligible business company with valid licenses to supply 10 YAMAHA motorcycles for Butembo and field offices

3. DURATION
FHI360 intends to award a Master Purchasing Agreement to supplier. Duration of the Agreement will be 1 month after signing the Purchase Order.

4. SCOPE OF WORK

FIII360 seeks to find a cost-effective and reliable supplier to supply 10 pcs of Yamahamotorcycles types either AG 100 or DTI25 to facilitated ongoing humanitarian activities. The successful bidder must be able to deliver all 10 pcs of motorcycles within 30days after signing the Master Purchase Agreement
