4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a mobile stage.4.2. The scope of the order includes: delivery of a covered mobile stage with full technical documentation and quality documents in Polish, dimensions of the stage after unfolding (without wings sound): width 7.5-10 m, depth 6-7 m, height 5-7 m, allowable tolerance up to +/- 0.2 m. the delivered subject of the order must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, technically complete, have European approval (up to registration of a mobile trailer), the subject of the order should be delivered to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. ul. Rynek 30, 22-120 Wojsawice. The contractor is obliged to carry out a demonstration assembly of the stage and provide assembly training for min. 2 people,
