Purchase of medium quartermaster cars, part 1 - delivery of 1 piece of medium quartermaster car Purchase of medium quartermaster cars, part 2 - delivery of 1 piece of medium quartermaster car 1.The subject of the order is purchase of medium quartermaster cars divided into parts. 2. Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1.1, 1.2 to the SWZ: a) part 1 - delivery of 1 medium quartermaster car - OPZ is attached as Annex 1.1 to SWZ b) part 2 - delivery of 1 medium quartermaster car - OPZ is attached as Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ 3.Place of order fulfillment, end user: a) part 1 - District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Jasło; b) part 2 - State District Headquarters Fire Department in Kolbuszowa. 4. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1.1, 1.2. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order be brand new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 6. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 7.
