1. The subject of the order is the supply of antiseptics and disinfectants for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The term "partial offer" means individual parts specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one or several parts.
3. Deliveries will take place successively, in quantity and assortment, in accordance with the Ordering Party's partial orders within 6 days from the date of placing the order. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered products to the Hospital Pharmacy at his own expense.
4.The offered medicinal products must comply with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2026, item 612) - if applicable. The offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading in Poland in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 3 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
5.The offered medical devices must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the implementing acts issued under this Act - if applicable.
