1. Conditions required the World Health Organization (WHO) is looking for proposals for the purchase of a medical incommerator. Your organization/company is invited to submit a proposal for the purchase of a medical incommerator for the WHO-Congo office in response to this quote request (RFQ). Your offer must comply with the specifications described below. Variations in relation to the initial specifications must be indicated with precision. Please read all the points carefully and comply with it, otherwise your offer could be rejected. 2.
