The reagent kit is intended for the isolation (extraction) of DNA from scraping material and discharge from the mucous membranes of the urogenital tract, oropharynx, rectum, conjunctiva of the eyes, erosive and ulcerative elements mucous membranes and skin, as well as from human urine samples for subsequent testing for pathogens of STIs and other infections of the reproductive organs using PCR methods | Transport medium - Transport medium with mukalytic (TCM) 100 ml 0.5 each | DNA-Sorb V. Set of reagents for DNA extraction from clinical material using the affinity sorption method on silica gel particles, per 100 samples. The kit must be designed to isolate DNA from a wide range of clinical material, including: whole blood, sputum, bronchial lavages and feces. The kit should contain no more than two cleaning solutions. The required volume of the test sample for DNA extraction is 100 µl. The amount of elution solution for isolating one sample is 50 µl.
