Lots: Test strip for drug detection IHA-5 Multi-Factor for the simultaneous detection of 5 narcotic compounds in urine: morphine, marijuana, amphetamine, methamphetamine, cocaine (ecstasy). Sales of medicines and medical products from pharmacy (distribution) warehouse, warehouse of medical products is accompanied by shipping documents in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 443 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget (Tax Code)”, certified by the signature of the manager or his authorized person, the chief accountant, as well as the signature of the person who dispensed the medicines and medical products. In the shipping document for each item, batch (series) of products indicate: name; dosage (for a drug); packaging; quantity, unit price; sum; series; best before date; number and validity period of the product conformity certificate (for a medicinal product or medical device).
