Ash content per dry weight no more than 7%, Mass fraction of total sulfur per dry state of fuel no more 0.25%, Mass fraction of chlorine in the dry state of the fuel is not more than 0.07%, Mass fraction of arsenic in the dry state of the fuel is not more than 0.0004%, The total moisture in the working state of the fuel is not more than 13%, The yield of volatile substances in the dry ash-free state of the fuel is 40-49%, The mass fraction of phosphorus on the dry state of the fuel is not more than 0.003%, The lower calorific value of working fuel is not less than 5800 kcal/kg. Doesn't freeze in winter. Availability of an agreement with a dealer or with the manufacturer of the product. Checking the quality of coal (examination) carried out at the expense of the supplier. If the Customer discovers a defect in the product, exchange the defective product within 15 calendar days from the date the defect was discovered and a defect report was drawn up. Coal that does not meet the stated requirements is subject to return. The supplier is obliged to notify the customer of the time and place of coal weighing.
