If a defective product is detected, the Supplier will replace it at its own expense. All costs associated with transportation loading, unloading, unloading and other related costs at the expense of the supplier. The supplier must provide documentation confirming the weighing of the coal, indicating the weight of the empty machine and the weighed weight with coal.
