Lots: Coal - Hard coal, ST RK 1028-2017.1. Ash content in the dry state of the fuel is no more than 38%. 2. Coal size class: from 13 mm to 300 mm inclusive. 3. Quality and acceptance requirements 1. Coal must be uniform in composition, without foreign inclusions. 2. If stones, rock, debris, construction and other foreign objects are found, the batch is considered to be of poor quality and is not subject to acceptance, regardless of the number of inclusions. 3. Coal not meeting technical specifications and quality certificate, must be returned at the expense of the Supplier. 4. The return is formalized by an inspection report with the participation of a representative of the Supplier or the delivery driver. In case of refusal to sign, the act is drawn up by the Customer unilaterally ok. 5. Replacement of low-quality coal is carried out within 5 (five) working days. 4. Delivery procedure 1. Delivery is carried out only on the basis of a written application from the Customer posted on the government procurement web portal. 2. Delivery without application not allowed. 3. Delivery time - within 15 working days according to the application 5. Terms of delivery and weighing 1. The cost of 1 ton of coal includes: • delivery to the Customer-s warehouse • unloading • weighing of each flight • all associated costs of the Supplier 2. Weighing is carried out on certified scales on the territory of the Oktyabrsky or Chelgashinsky rural districts. 3. Each batch is weighed in the presence of a representative of the Customer. 6.
