In relation to the product to be delivered, the subject of the public procurement is also a 36 months of maintenance after handing over the product in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications for the offered product, and the winning bidder is obliged to train users, use the device, and perform basic maintenance in accordance with the Technical Description and regarding the training of new operators. In its offer, the bidder must submit the technical data sheet for the offered product (in Hungarian or, in the case of non-Hungarian documents, the original document and its Hungarian translation), which contains the name, manufacturer, type of the offered product and all data from which it can be clearly established that the offered product meets the requirements stipulated in the technical description.
