Provision of the reagents, system solutions, controls and other materials required for the tests to the clinical laboratory of the MH EK RAVGYI - according to the specifications defined in the KKD can be matched - by renting a machine in 5 sub-offer rounds, up to a total net amount of HUF 398, 619, 765, the Kbt. By concluding a framework agreement according to § 105 (1) point a) Distribution of the framework amount by parts: 1st part: 9, 422, 400 HUF 2nd part: 6, 752 100 HUF Part 3: HUF 216, 741, 960 Part 4: HUF 125, 102, 775 Part 5: HUF 2, 676, 600 Part 6: HUF 27, 371, 730 Part 7: HUF 10, 552, 200 (X) Bidder (AT) may only offer product(s) which corresponds to the following: - in the member states of the European Union legally marketable new (factory new, unused, non-demo device); - it was manufactured according to the harmonized standards of the European Union (with an equivalent solution in case of deviation) and the basic requirements of the directives. (X) AK draws AT's attention that it is the bid price must include: - packaging and delivery of the device (product) to be delivered, - commissioning (if relevant), - training (if relevant), - regular maintenance of the device during the entire contract period of the machine to be rented and servicing, as well as - the costs of the warranty (24 months).
