Lots: Fresh frozen leukofiltered plasma, quarantined (for non-residents) blood component obtained from a dose of whole blood. FFP is obtained by freezing plasma under conditions that preserve labile clotting factors. Before freezing plasma is subjected to leukofiltration, followed by quarantine. On average (after freezing and thawing) the dose contains at least 70% of the initial level of factor VIII. The content of leukocytes in the component is less than 1.0x106. | Cryoprecipitate (for citizens RK) is a blood component containing the cryoglobulin fraction of plasma. Cryoprecipitate contains most of Factor VIII, von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, Factor XIII and fibronectin. Cryoprecipitate is obtained through further processing of quarantined FFP and subjected to concentration. The content of factor VIII ≥ 70 IU per dose, fibrinogen ≥ 140 mg per dose, von Willebrand factor 100 IU per dose. | Virus-inactivated apheresis platelets 200*10*9 (for non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan) blood component received from one donor by apheresis method, contains a therapeutic dose of platelets suspended in an additional SSP+ solution. Method of production - platelet apheresis using equipment for automatic cell separation, anticoagulated with a citrate-containing solution. Standard the dose contains a minimum of 200x109 platelets. The therapeutic dose contains suspended platelets in a mixture of plasma (30-40%) and additional solution (60-70%). The content of leukocytes in the component is less than 1.0x106. | M...
