Lots: Beef - Fresh beef meat, meat pulp must be at least 75%, Meat must be - whole, taking into account presentation - without visible blood clots or bone tissue residues - without visible foreign substances (for example, dirt, wood and metal particles) - without unpleasant odor - without extensive contamination with blood. Availability of a veterinary certificate (form No. 1), delivery note and quality certificates, compliance with the standard ST RK 1759-2008, transportation of meat must be in accordance with the Rules for the purchase and transportation of meat products in the Republic of Kazakhstan regulated by veterinary and sanitary standards, each carcass must have a veterinary stamp (acceptance of goods in carcass quarters) In case of non-compliance with the technical specifications, the customer has the right to return the goods upon delivery.
