Comply with the state standard ST RK 1759-2008 "Beef. | Butter - sweet butter, unsalted, fat mass fraction: 82.5%. Natural butter is made from pasteurized cow's cream milk, homogeneous consistency, without foreign odors and tastes, color from white to light yellow, packaged in paper of at least 1000 g, shelf life of at least 60 days, with clear indications of storage conditions, shelf life and date of manufacture.
