Lots: Chicken breast - chicken breast on the keel bone, category 1. Must be well drained and clean. No foreign odors, no fecal contamination, no visible blood clots, no remains of intestines and cloaca, trachea, esophagus, mature reproductive organs, without cold burns, stains from spilled bile, certificate and quality certificate, quality certificate, veterinary certificate, EAC Customs Union declaration of conformity. | Beef - Beef meat, category 1, rear part of the carcass sawn into small circles, 3-5 cm thick, young, lean, without veins and foreign odor, without shank, branded | Horse meat - Horse meat of the 1st category, young animals, no more than 3 years old. Compliance with GOST 27095-86. Color and smell: Characteristic good quality meat. The meat is supplied from the hip part (rear thighs). For each delivery, a veterinary certificate (form No. 2) is provided for a consignment of goods, issued by a veterinary inspector for animal products, as well as examination report after slaughter of livestock with marking on the production date. Delivery by specialized vehicle (refrigerator or thermal bottle). There should not be more than 5 days between the date of slaughter and delivery of the goods.
