Lots: Sauerkraut is intended for use in the nutrition of preschool children in kindergartens for the preparation of dishes and side dishes in accordance with the approved menu. The product must be natural, safe for baby food and comply with the current sanitary and epidemiological requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Sauerkraut should be produced through natural lactic acid fermentation. The composition of the product should include white cabbage and table salt in an amount meeting the requirements for baby nutrition. Carrots are allowed. The appearance of the product is shredded cabbage, evenly chopped, juicy, crispy, without signs of spoilage, mold, mucus or foreign impurities. Color - from white to light yellow with possible inclusions of carrots. The smell is characteristic sour milk, without any foreign odors. The taste is moderately sour, without bitterness or excessive saltiness. Sauerkraut must be supplied in sealed food packaging that provides preservation of quality and protection from contamination. The packaging must be clean, intact and made from materials approved for contact with food. Net weight and type of packaging are agreed with the customer. The marking must contain the name product, composition, net weight, date of manufacture, expiration date, storage conditions, name and address of the manufacturer or supplier, as well as information about the declaration of conformity.
