Lots: Frozen pike perch fillet must comply with the requirements of current standards, technical regulations of the Customs Union and regulatory documents in force in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Products must be made from fresh raw materials, without foreign odors, without signs of spoilage and re-freezing. The fillet should be: whole; clean; without head, entrails and fins; free of dirt and bruising; dense consistency; without mechanical damage; without foreign impurities. The color of the meat is natural, characteristic of pike perch. After defrosting, the fillet should retain its shape and firm structure. Fillet size: The weight of one fillet is at least 300 grams. Glaze: Mass fraction of glaze - no more than 5%. Freezing and storage: Dry frozen products. Storage and transportation temperature is not higher than minus 18 °C. Not allowed: the presence of a thick layer of ice and snow; re-freezing; loose structure after defrosting; foreign smell. Packaging: The product must be supplied in sealed original packaging to ensure product safety during transportation and storage.
