Lots: Sour cream. ST RK 2799-2015. Ingredients: Cream, mesophilic culture starter. Non-GMO. With a mass fraction of fat - no less than 15% no more than 20%. Packing - no less than 400 g, no more than 5000 g. Packaging - plastic cup or plastic bucket (food grade plastic). Term shelf life - at least 3 days from the date of delivery to the customer. The consistency is homogeneous, moderately thick. The appearance is glossy. Color white. At the time of delivery to the Customer, the production date must not exceed 48 hours. On each package the manufacturer indicates manufacturer, GOST, composition, date of manufacture and expiration date, storage conditions. Delivery is carried out in vehicles equipped for the transportation of food products to maintain the temperature conditions specified by the manufacturer of the food products being transported. Delivery and unloading of goods to the Customer-s warehouse is carried out at the expense and by the Supplier during the Customer-s working hours
