Taste: Peculiar to this type of halva, characteristic of the oilseeds used seeds, without foreign tastes. Smell: Pronounced aroma of sunflower (peanuts/sesame), without foreign odors. Consistency: Fibrous, flaky, crumbles easily, without hard lumps of sugar or ungrated seeds. GOST 6502-94. Packaging: Halva should be packaged in consumer packaging (boxes, briquettes, parchment or foil), ensuring the safety of the product, its hygiene and protection from moisture. Labeling: The packaging must be clearly labeled in the state and Russian languages.
