Lots: Flag - Name of product/service: Production of street flags. Product size: 1000 x 2000 mm (1 x 2 meters). Material: Flag mesh (multi-flag) 100% polyester. Density of at least 115-130 g/m². The fabric must be designed specifically for outdoor use. use, have increased strength, breathability and resistance to strong wind loads. Image application method: Direct sublimation printing. Dyes must be environmentally friendly, resistant to ultraviolet radiation (direct sunlight), precipitation and temperature changes. The image should not fade when wet. Color and punch: Single-sided printing with punch-through. The brightness of the image on the reverse side (wrong side) must be at least 90% of front side. Mirror image on the back. (Note: for the street, through-punching is recommended, since sewn two-layer flags are too heavy and quickly tear in the wind). Sewing and processing of edges: Along the perimeter the flag must be double trimmed seam using strong reinforced (lavsan) threads in the color of the main background. Additional reinforcement of the corners of the flag is required to protect it from fraying in the wind.
