Caviar obtained from a female sterlet of the Ural population and artificially fertilized with the milk of several male sterlet of the Ural population. The water temperature during incubation should be correspond to spawning, i.e. +11, - +16оС. Fertilized eggs must be deglued in a special apparatus or with tannin and thoroughly washed. At the time of arrival at the enterprise, fertilized eggs must be at the 25th stage of development (approximation stage lateral plates and the formation of a thickening in the region of the rudiment of the posterior body and tail) and the proportion of developing (living) eggs should be no lower than 80%.
