Lots: Welding electrode - MP-3 electrodes are intended for manual arc welding of structures made of carbon steel grades supplied in accordance with DSTU 2651 - 2005 / GOST 380 - 2005 (St 0, St 1, St 2, St 3) of all degrees of deoxidation - "KP", "PS", "SP" and GOST 1050 - 88 (05kp, 08kp, 08ps, 08, 10kp, 10ps, 10, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp, 20ps, 20). Deposition coefficient - 8.5 - 9.5g/A. Hours. Electrode consumption per 1 kg of deposited metal is 1.65 kg. Designed for welding corner, butt, overlap joints in all spatial positions, including vertical seams using the top-down method. It is possible to use ANO-21 electrodes for welding root welds of thick metal. Welding using the top-down method is carried out by supporting it, while the electrode must be located in a bisector plane at an angle of 40 - 70° to the welding direction. Welding with an extended arc on uncleaned surfaces is allowed.
