Purchase of electric buses with charging infrastructure 1.The subject of this order is: 1) deliveries of 20 pieces (basic order - guaranteed), brand new, i.e. manufactured no earlier than 6 months before the delivery date and unused, identical (same type, length, constructed in the same way, according to the same technical documentation, by the same manufacturer) single-section low-floor buses, having documents constituting the basis for vehicle registration and valid as of the date of delivery of a given batch of vehicles, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended), ready for operation, i.e. primarily adapted to transport people in public transport, consistent with the description of the subject of the order regarding the parameters of buses, specified in Annex No. 12A to the SWZ and with the description relating to on-board systems specified in Annex No. 12B to the SWZ; 2) deliveries of 10 pieces (basic order - guaranteed) of two-station plug-in chargers with a telemetry system, consistent with the item description the order, specified in Annex No. 12C to the SWZ, together with their assembly, commissioning and carrying out the acceptance procedure by the Office of Technical Inspection; 3) supplies of workshop equipment (for...
