The subject of the proceedings and order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of scientific and research equipment in the form of a brand new system for vitrification of electron microscopy samples (HPF and PF) along with a set of accessories and on-the-job training of the ordering party's employees. Order is implemented for the needs of the Faculty of Biology of the Jagiellonian University, located in Krakow, code: 30-387 at ul. Gronostajowa 9. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1. transport, insurance, delivery, delivery and installation of the apparatus in the premises indicated by the ordering party, 2. on-the-job training at the ordering party's unit, after installation, for at least three (3), no more than six (6) employees of the ordering party in two (2) consecutive days of 8 hours each clocks from basic operation of the sample vitrification system (HPF and PF), all system components, analysis of information received during the freezing process, system maintenance and response in emergency situations, 3. start-up, 4. providing the ordering party with acceptance documentation (acceptance protocol, warranty cards, operating instructions in Polish or English), 5. covering the subject of the order with a warranty (min. 24 months) on the terms indicated in the contract template (designed provisions of the contract), and in the case of accessories - providing a manufacturer's warranty.
