The subject of the proceedings and order is a purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of scientific and research equipment in the form of a brand new Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscope (LSFM) microscope system with a set of accessories and on-the-job training of the ordering party's employees. Order is implemented for the needs of the Faculty of Biology of the Jagiellonian University, located in Krakow, code: 30-387, ul. Gronostajowa 9, 2nd floor, room 2.98. 2. The device must be delivered ready for operation without the need to make additional purchases. 3. The subject of the order includes in particular: 3.1 transport, insurance, delivery, bringing, installation and commissioning of the equipment in the rooms indicated by the ordering party, 3.2 two-day initial on-the-job training (8 hours each incl every day) at the place of installation of the equipment, for no more than five (5) employees of the ordering party to operate the device, 3.3 two-day advanced on-the-job training (8 clock hours each day) at the equipment installation site for no more than than five (5) of the ordering party's employees to operate the device. 3.4 basic training is to cover commissioning, setting basic parameters, preparation for work and basic use of the equipment.
