Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support and maintenance services for the ArcGIS environment and providing access to the ArcGIS Online software.2. As part of the Subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1) provide technical support services, principles set out in Chapter III of the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ). 2) providing maintenance services for licenses held by the Ordering Party: a) ArcGIS Enterprise Standard, b) ArcGIS Image Server, c) ArcGIS Enterprise Professional User Type (3 users). 3) providing access to the software ArcGIS Online for the following versions: a) ArcGIS Online Professional User Type (2 users), b) ArcGIS Online Professional Plus User Type (1 user). 4) ensuring, for the duration of the service and access to the software, access to software updates, patches, new versions and permissions service provided by the manufacturer for the licenses and access granted.3.
