Lots: Paint - Rubber paint for roofing felt, water-dispersible acrylic material with high elasticity. Characteristics. Type: Rubber paint; Base: Acrylic/water base; Elastic, waterproof film. Film stretch reaches approx. 100-300%, so the coating does not crack due to temperature deformations of the roofing material.; Composition: Aqueous dispersion of acrylate polymers, coalescent, antiseptics, pigments. No pungent odor. Water resistant. | Crumb - Seamless tartan coating made from crumb rubber. Coating thickness: Single layer (Standard): A mixture of black SBR chips, pigment and glue is laid in a single layer of at least 10-15 mm. Coating density: no less than 1000 - 1050 kg/m³. Elasticity (compressive strength): approx. 52 MN/m². Friction coefficient: from 0.6 to 0.85 (provides anti-slip effect). Tear strength: not less than 0.8 MPa. Elongation at break: not less than 40%. Water permeability: high (drainage properties eliminate the appearance of puddles). | Adhesive - One-component aliphatic polyurethane glue. Characteristics. 100% UV stability (aliphatic composition), the adhesive should not turn yellow in the sun, maintaining the original color of the bright EPDM chips. Cures with air moisture (does not require the addition of hardeners). Solids: 100% (does not contain solvents, has no pungent odor). Appearance: Transparent, homogeneous viscous liquid. Consumption for rubber crumb: at least 18-19% of the weight of the crumb (per 100 kg of crumb - 18-19 kg of glue).
